Lauren Aranguren, Julie Flapan, Roxana Hadad, Steve Kong, Sophia Mendoza, Paula Nazario, and Jean Ryoo presented at this year’s CSTA 2023 Conference about supporting CS educators through equitable leadership practices in California. Presenters introduced the SCALE-CA (Supporting Computing Access, Leadership and Equity in California) model of advocacy, emphasizing its impact in the classroom.
